Phantom 3 Pro will not activate

OK guys I tried the Litchi app. It's a no go. The motors will not turn on. I don't get the annoying activate screen so I can actually see the camera view, the satellites, everything, it just won't take off. They told me I could ask for a refund, but I might just keep the app.

Do you use the litchi app to fly the drone?

Rarely. I did use it to do a panorama shot so I could put it on facebook. That worked out fine though there was more drifting than I liked, but that could've been due to the relatively windy conditions.

I think the focus feature is something I'd want to play with especially for the selfie shots where you fly away from yourself while you are still at the center of the frame.
