Phantom 3 Pro - Samsung Tab S 8.4 - can't connect

    I've downloaded the latest DJI Go, (2.0.1)

    Updated the software on the quad - got 'success' text file.

    Have Samsung Tab S 8.4 (which a lot of others have used successfully)

    But am unable to get into pilot app when I turn on controller, quad and then connect the tablet to the controller.

    In the 'Connect your Aircraft' process when I go to tap 'Equipment' logo nothing happens

    Any help? About to give up and take back to retailer.

    I've got the same issue. Not only with DJI Go, but with Litchi and DJI Ultimate as well. DJI Go works with my old Tab 7.7 however.
    What tablets are guaranteed to work fine? I've been told the iPhone (Or iTab?) app words flawlessly.
    Very disappointed with DJI P3 (loads of issues, including privacy and grotesque proprietary features), after being rather happy with P1 and F550, but that's another matter.
    Also considering returning to the retailer a get an open source gear.
