Good day gents

Have any of you used aerial imagery from the P3P and processed in Pix4D to generate a 3d Model/orto photo but WITH ground control points?

Fly altitude was on 100m and another on 60m. The GCPs were accurately fixed with survey grade GPS.

I have experienced some bad closures . 10-30 cm.

I use "maps made easy" app to perform autonomous flying.

we have been using pix4d in combination with a Phantom Vision+. flying was in 40 m over ground the area was 60x120 m. we used 5 gound control Points and 3 other Points for tests - using not Survey grade gps but normall surveying with a tolerance from max 2 mm. in result we got accuracies from 0.5 cm to 8 cm depending where we situated the ground control Points in our test area.
