Upgraded the software and firmware without any issues. Firmware took 12-15 minutes to install. The POI worked great, below are two links to video I took. The only thing I would do to improve it is to make the numbers for the speed a little bit larger. I had a hard time dragging the small scroll bar back and forth. I need to work keeping the camera tiled up or down on center

Hello there,
Thank you for taking the time to share .. I am waiting on a motor and need to find a led board due to a frayed motor wire that shorted out and started a fire that took the led board out and p3p shell and the camera uv filter took 4_hrs to swap out all the parts so supper excited to get upgrade and fly your video gave me some thing to look forward too ...!!! ;-)
