Phantom 3 Advanced Image Sharpness

If the OP bought it from a local shop they may be able to do a swap out ?

I will try to take some more photos later today and upload them, if the OP wants originals then PM me with an email address.

Hope it gets sorted.

I tried sending these to DJI live chat support twice but after 25mins in chat they didn't respond to the photo being sent to them.

I bought the Phantom from a local shop so will contact them for an exchange most likely.

I would really appreciate a few original photos that you have taken. I will PM you my email address now! Thanks

It looks to me like your picture has focused on the greenery on the left side of the picture. Try tapping on different areas of your tablet screen to focus on different items in the shot. Your picture looks NORMAL to me. It makes sense that shrubs and trees at the front left would be in sharp focus and the hill in the way back and right side would be soft.

The lens is fixed focus, taping on the screen will only adjust the exposure value.

It can change the type of videoformat mp4 or mov?
In both type have the full fps (1920x1080p 24/25/30/48/50/60fps)?
Th op discussion is on photographs but interesting point on video.
But I think you will find just touching the screen changes exposure.

2 more images from this evening (i have emailed originals too you full size).

Light was fading very quickly but they seem ok and I am happy with them.
