Phantom 3 advance Firmware Help

My son crashed his phantom 3 advance and the only thing that needed to be repaired was the gimbal ribbon. I took it to a hobby shop & had the ribbon replaced. I then got firmware update required for Aircraft, Battery & Gimbal.

I then downloaded aircraft update file as shown in videos. however when drone is turned on gimbal does not move, but lights flash without any noise as the video said it would.... it just flashes on & on and doesn't not finish.

I need help setting drone back up so my son can fly it once again.

Too many changes at a time make one lose the real cause of the problem. You still seem to have Gimbal issues. It's not easy to repair Gimbal as it has so many delicate parts and alignments.
