Phantom 2V+ unstable recording

I have a problem with my Phantom 2V+.
The video that I recorded my phantom is vibrate a little. It seem that the gimbal does not work well. What should I do?

I have one that does the eXact same.
I'm thinking a bad motor possibly. I tried different props and changed the dampers on the gimbal and made no difference.
Sitting still and recording it does not have the shake so I don't think its an issue with the camera.

So, I think that the gimbal does not work well... But I don't know what should I do...
