Phantom 2 Will Not Take Off

Just got my new P2. First attempt to fly: Not sufficient power to take off. I calibrated and find the gain settings are same as factory defaults. I do not have the Zenmuse Gimbal out of the box yet so I did not get into that part of it. The only thing I did different was to change into Naza M Mode, as I have a year or so expierience. My Phantom acts the same as this video that was just posted to YT: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JFFu9C4LYp0&feature=youtu.be

I am also looking for screen shots of the normal settings that should show up on the various screens of the Phantom 2 Assistant and the Phantom RC Assistant

Anyone else? Thanks for any help.

The left stick maneuver, "down and right", where did you see or learn about that ??

OK all, for any others with the same problem, here is a link to the fix:

it appears that mode 1 and mode 2 came switched from the factory.

Seems OK now.
