You won't have the new-style tilt control but the current style control that can already be added to the Vision/Vision+ controller.

That being said, were it me and I was just getting in and knew a new model was soon to be released, I'd wait for the new one.

I tried looking at DJI website i see they are discounting it 49 Euro,

The response doesn't surprise me. Most companies won't tell you something new is coming until they officially announce the release.
