I wonder why they say it flies as high as 900 feet. I've had my P2V to 1500 feet.

Wow review says they launched from a manhole cover guessing this was metal
and the compass didn't go crazy imagine losing it from a fly away on a review
it would of read like this " phantom was great until it flew away never to be seen again " - lol

    1. This new one range is lower than P2V ? Really ?

    2. And is it so,if it goes far, the connection cuts and it never returns back ? Im confused.

How bad is the camera as compared to GoPro Hero 3 Black+ ?

How is it night or low light performance ?

has anyone got the hands on ?

The testers aren't expert flyers. They likely had the antenna pointed wrong when flying straight overhead which caused it to disconnect. For maximum range you should point the side of the TX antenna towards the P2V(+). I too have had mine to 1300' altitude and I think it can go much higher. Why not 2000'+? Safely of course. I will get there eventually as I ring it out further and further and further.
