Phantom 2 vision plus 3 camera keeps defaulting to straight down

First flight! All the latest software installed by previous owner. The thumb wheel works fine and camera goes up and down fine. When flying the camera moves on its own and defaults to the straight down position. Why? It makes if difficult to land as the camera lens is pointed straight down and can easily be scratched. How do I change this?
I have to hold the wheel on the controler as I land to keep the camera up.
Thanks in advance for any help. Aren't us new guys a pain?!

Try recalibrating your remote controller like this:

Had to recalabrate twice but sure enough it worked! I can't thank you enough! ( I probably screwed it up myself the first time)

as a side note you may want to add camera and gimbal protector

1 crash and it can pay for itself ... been there , dun that...
