Phantom 2 vision not responding to controls after flying for

Hi Guys

I fly a Phantom 2 vision which has had all of the latest firmware etc installed and now when I fly it it fly's great for around 10 minutes and then I get the alarm come on and the controls are very unresponsive and if I try to gain altitiude by pushing the joy stick full up it just about hould its altitude. when I park joy stick in he neutral center position its loses altitude.
The batteries are all fully charged and when I eventually manage to land the phantom the battery level usually registers around 50% or just below.
This seems to have started around the time of the firmware install before that the phantom was wonderful to fly.
This phantom has never been crashed so far !!
I have tried searching on forums for a similar problem wthout a result.
Can anybody help before I have a disaster.

Thanks for the heads up, the issues on this post are exactly what have.
I wonder how long it will be until DJI accept responsibility for sub standard equipment ?

From what I have been reading on some of the posts about the battery issue. They are letting some people swap there bad battery's for new ones. But I doubt they are replacing any ones phantoms that crashed and got wreaked from faulty battery's
