Phantom 2 vision Assistant v3.8

Can't get my Phantom 2 Assistant to connect to anything. Please help: I turn on phantom 2 vision+ then plug into computer, then open assistant. DOES NOT WORK. I have tried different order od the process and still nothing... what am I doing wrong? have tried controller off and on while connecting phantom also.

If you're using Windows, be sure to download the drivers. Won't work without them. Also make sure you've got the correct USB connection under the rubber flap, not the camera connection.

Once you have d-loaded as volito has said...

Remove props or be sure quad is secured,
Start the Assistant,
hook quad to PC/Mac,
turn On the control transmitter, turn on the quad.

Tried that now.... so so I download driver for Windows through .exe then the phantom 2 assistant, besides RC Assistant which I will download later, am I misusing anything?

No, that should be good. You have to install the driver after downloading it. Just double click the exe.
