Hi,

I have a question regarding stock and spare batteries for those who have and have bought them.

I noticed that stock battery that came with the Phantom2, have a kinda barcode sticker that includes battery's serial number.

I bought a spare battery, here in Italy, from a DJI authorised reseller, and it has the barcode.

I bought two spare batteries from All e RC, claimed to be genuine DJI, but they don't have the sticker.

Now, I sent back my four batteries to DJI claiming for a warranty exchange and they say are complaining because of two batteries seems to be NOT genuine DJI, and this two are without barcode sticker...

So, could you please check your batteries and let me know if they are genuine DJI and have the sticker or not?

Thanks a lot.

All of my batteries have a barcode sticker on the bottom that starts with "DJ". There are knockoff batteries that are nearly identical to the OEM DJI batteries. It sounds like that's what you might have.

If you're looking for OEM DJI batteries, you can find them on Amazon at:

mine have the barcode on..

Out of interest, you are sending all four back to DJI...

-are they ALL bad? what flight time are you getting?
-how did you arrange this with DJI considering you bought them from a reseller.

Cheers
