Phantom 2 RTF from Hong Kong

Hi

I am planning to buy the new Phantom 2 and I'm wondering if this package comes with everything I need to get perfect stable shots with my GoPro, or if there is something extra I need as well:

For instance, is the H3-2D gimbal fully installed so that I wont have to worry about fine adjusting it to get 100% stability?
