I have been searching for the official DJI replacement props online. I found some on amazon but reading the comments some mention that they are fake etc. Does anyone know of a dealer in the US that has the original ones that are from DJI?

There are a number of them...

DroneFly has the light grey ones in stock - they are supposedly OEM, too. First I've seen of them but I haven't been around very long. I have a set on the way just to check them out.

Well...have to say...first time ordering from DroneFly.com and man, I am impressed. I ordered yesterday just a few minutes before I posted my first reply to this thread and within an hour, I had a shipment confirmation with FedEx tracking info. Not even just the notification with a tracking number that FedEx didn't recognize, a tracking number that when tracked, indicated the props were already on their way to me at a FedEx location. Truly impressive.

I got free shipping. Not sure how that works but glad it did. :D

The grey props are pretty sweet. Going to install them this weekend and see how I like it. Might put the grey on the front and white on the back. Not sure.

I bought a few days ago and propeller guards that came with the kit a complete set 4 OEM helices, my friend, my P2 vibrates more than a mixer, not even dare it balanced them because I'm afraid of rupturing in flight I prefer to buy original propellers.

Just a word of advice. Buying non DJI props isn't a good idea. These aftermarket props are not designed to use with the P2 and you'll find that the aerodynamic profile of the blades will cause all sorts of problems, least of all, instability. It has been discussed pretty extensively here

Yea this is pretty concerning and well I just ordered some from Atalanta Hobby to see if they are the real ones. Its pretty scary to have these crap ones out on the market and if your not paying attention and buying them could really cause a bad crash and your $1000 plus phantom goes down in flames :/

Sign.. I hope the ones im getting are legit..

One set of blades I've seen initially look identical to the official DJI ones. The easy spot is on the leading edge of the blade (just on one side), towards the centre where the chord of the blade is widest you'll find 'DJI' in raised plastic. On the 'fakes' I've seem 'o-xoxo' where it once said DJI. From what I've seen of these, the actual blade profile is slightly different to the genuine version, the chord profile is very different and therefore I can only assume it will affect the flight dynamics considerably.... either way, there is no way I am putting them on my bird!

You can see exactly what I am describing here

Aftermarket props are definitely bad. However, I would hope that larger retailers such as Atlanta Hobby, B&H, DroneFly, etc. wouldn't even stock those.

I got a set of the grey props from DroneFly and they are legit - came in DJI packaging with a legit QR code on the back and matching part info, etc.

I wouldn't worry too much when going with the larger, well-known retailers - if nothing else, because the majority have great return policies.

Just my $.02.

Where did you purchase your props/prop guards?
