I am guessing its not recommended to fly these two next to each other as parrot uses WIFI....or on the same park...
Can someone please let me know.
    Thanks.

It will be fine. There are tons of 2.4GHz signals banging around all over the place anyway.

Having a few 2.4Ghz drones near each other is almost certainly going to be fine. Where you start to see problems with interference is when you put another 2.4Ghz transmitter right next to the 2.4Ghz receiver in the P2. This is what happens when you turn on wifi mode for a GoPro camera or stick a 2.4Ghz video tx on the P2.

OK. Thanks. I thought that Parrot worked on WIFI basis...

The Parrot does use wifi, on 2.4GHz I think. Wifi or no isn't the issue (actually that's only partially true, a wifi signal causes more interference than another spread-spectrum 2.4GHz R/C transmitter). The reason the Parrot is less likely to interfere than a GoPro's wifi is the GoPro wifi transmitter will be right under your Phantom's receiver.
