Hi, sorry, I am sure this has been answered before! I have downloaded the windows driver and the software to open up IOC (Nazam 2). when I plug the usb into my Windows 7 pc, I can see the quadcopter in my pc devices, so the usb cable ok. But, however I open up the software, however I connect the quadcopter, and I have tried every order! the software just will not see the quadcopter. Please help, I really want to be able to use home and course lock!

try uninstalling everything then do it in this order

start the USB installer and wait until it says "connect MC" and then plug in the phantom with the power on.
let the installer run, accept the warning about not signed software.

then install the Asst software and see if that helps

Thank you, that worked. Just flown and it is benaving perfectly now on CL and HL. This will make it much easier for my son to have a go without me panicking. Thanks again for taking the time to help me. Cheers!
