Simply, Do you have a Phantom 1 that you would donate for a STEM Project in North Texas? STEM is an acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics education. Getting youngsters interested in what could be their future. Our problem is we do not have any money to acquire this teaching tool. We have found interest teaching the principles of aviation with Kites (including Kite Aerial Photography) to young people but a recurrent question comes up about UAV's; so if we could find a Phanton we would like to pursue this aspect also. I have a background in RC, Aviation, technology and photography and want to share it with those who want to learn. The Phantom bring so much more to the table for a young person to look into without the required electronics background to build to first utilize it. Once they try it then they can look into building their own and understand all the things that goes into producing this type of technology so easy to use. Maybe there is someone in the Phantom community that would want to help challenge a young person's mind and give them a goal while having fun along the way to their future.
