Hi,

Can someone tell me the best positions for my ariel's for my phantom 1.1.1?

The manual says to have both the Rx ariel's hanging down parallel and taped to the landing gear. But I have read that it is better to have the ariels at 90 degree from each other (one taped to leg and one taped to hull).

Does anyone know which position is best?

I have also read that it is best to keep the Tx ariel at 90 degree, the way it came out of the box. Is this true?

One more question. When calibrating the Transmitter of the v1.1.1 with centre sprung throttle, do you do the final step in the process by holding throttle at bottom, then flicking homelock switch. Or do you let the throttle stay in centre then flick homelock switch?

Hope someone can clarify these for me.

Thanks very much,

Dee
