P4 will not accept Micro SD card unless upside down

My P4 just out of the box will not accept the micro SD card unless the card print side is facing down.
I have an Inspire and 2 P3P's and fly daily shooting for a living......so I'm not crazy.
When inserting print side up (like normal), the SD wants to turn sideways and not easily go in without
forcing it.
Upside down works fine. Click in and click out....
Need to try out the camera and see if it's recording images.
Anyone else have this issue ?

The memory card is supposed to be inserted with the label facing down.

Turn the P4 upside down and the card will go in just fine.
