P4 went into uncontrollable pirouettes, crashing

Had a nice flight, was coming back, almost back and it went into a violent spin on its own, then crashed, I had time to try to counter it with yaw but nothing. Thankfully it wound up in a tree, and not in pieces in the dirt, but now the gimbal wont work.......

Anyone had this? Luckily found it back, I expected a prop to be gone, but all were on it still, took the props off, it will fire up the motors with no errors, Im stumped, and glad it didnt do this over heavily wooded area, or over water.

Anyone know whats up with it? I have not had it a year yet, trying to find out some contact info to send it in, I bought it at best buy last august, but Im sure I have to try to find something at DJI?

Made a case with DJI, got a fast response saying it needs to come in for repair (duh), and to start a case... So started a second case, waiting on reply for what to do now. Odd to deal with so far...
