i think 6-24v as i checked on various lipo's,
i thought a bracket like this might work?

6-24V ? is it 6 is the Minimum or there is a specific voltage? Most lipo is 3.7V or 7.4, Too low voltage you're gonna not like how it sounds, Bigger capacity of battery adds more weight, The bracket you showed me might fit the horn but I doubt it will fit the battery and other components and cabling.

You gonna have to figure how you going to figure to fit the battery

i just tested the siren, and it is plenty loud enough on a 3.7v gopro battery. it is 120db @12v, maybe the 5v usb on the p4 might power it.
