P4 Battery unbalanced cells a problem?

I just purchased a P4P with 2 extra P4 batteries. One of the batteries after being fully charged shows cell voltage as follows: 4.32, 4.27, 4.20 and 4.32. My understanding is that all cells should be within a few hundredths of a volt of each other at all times. Should I fly with this battery or demand a replacement? I have had two P3P's with 5 batteries and never seen cells show voltages this far apart.

Try cycling the battery. When the battery is low, run it in your Phantom (with the props and motors off) until the battery shuts off. Or, discharge it using the DJI USB Charger. Then, recharge it and check the cell voltages. If they are still not close, then contact DJI support to get it replaced.

Thanks I ordered a USB charger.

If you doubt msinger's advice, watch the videos on YouTube on exploding LiPo batteries. It is single most dangerous part of your system.

The cell that's 4.20 is definitely too far out of balance ...
