P4 battery cell voltage

One of my batteries is starting to get flagged on HealthyDrones. What is the recommended course of action on my behalf? Are there dangers to continue to fly with this battery?

One of the cells is showing higher deviations compared to the others. You can try a deep discharge cycle to possibly improve such condition. Best.
