Hi,
So recently my P3S just dropped from the sky and crashed,
Causing gimbal and shell damage etc....
It said I lost GPS signal then it just dropped and crashed,
Long story short,
I got an RMA from DJI Europe and I sent the drone for repair,
Having filled out all of the appropriate forms and uploading all of my logs and data etc...
They later sent me a quotation for the repair of €103 /£90,
I find this shocking how I have to pay to get the drone fixed when it was clearly an issue/fault with the drone itself,
As I didn't know what to do,
I reluctantly paid the invoice via PayPal,
Now the drone is being shipped back to me having being repaired,
I just can't believe that I had to pay to get this repaired when it clearly should of been covered by the warranty,
Can anybody advise on this ?
