Does anyone else left toggle switch stick at the bottom and stay there until you push up on it and then it will center up

I know the P2V+ V3.0 TX does that, but I am not familiar with the P3 Standard. The P3P and P3A don't do that. Knowing the internals, I see no way for that to happen by accident. That is a feature that is mechanically built into the TX on purpose.

Yes -- that's by design. If interested, check out this thread for instructions on removing the throttle lock.
