P3S RC Signal Lost Post DJI App 3.0.0

Can't fly the Phantom 3 Standard past 200 -> 300 ft in the US after DJI App 3.0 update 5 days ago without getting constant RC Signal Lost.. Haven't crashed it; just can't fly it very far since the update.

I use an iPad mini 4 w/ cellular to control it.

RC's never been dropped (physically). Think the latest DJI app update trashed my reception.

Phantom 4 is fine; no RC Signal Loss.

No updates to the RC firmware available for the P3S since April 2016.

Any other phantom 3 standard users experiencing the same?

Appears to be impacting P3A / P3P, as well.

Anyone have a pre-3.0.0 DJI GO App version binary laying around?

Yeah, I just been seeing video problems lately with the P3S,
but I have seen yours in the past.

Terrible signal performance

In the Dji page in facebook some employee gave me a link to how to downgrade the app too because I have extreme lag problems after 3.0.0

No.Im talking about the DJi Go app downgrade.
My problems began as soon as I installed the 3.0.0 version of the app.

I simply hate DJI. There is no one update that provides any advantage. Only bugs and lame performance.

iPhone here....Needs a lot of fuss....I found an
Older version in phantomhelp but it's asking the Apple ID of its owner!

DJI's taking the aircraft back to see what's up with it.

No cracks, no drops of the bird, or the RC.

Problem surfaced after the DJI Go App 3.0.0 update. Reverting to previous versions doesn't appear to resolve the issue of RC Loss beyond 100-200 Ft.

I have a couple older IOS versions (ipa) I downloaded while trouble-shooting the issue, if anyone needs them:
2.9.1
2.8.5

I've re-updated the iPad to 3.0.0 to fly the P4 while the P3S is doing the RMA thing, since that version has largely been solid with the P4. Range is fine, controls a bit wonky, but workable. Haven't experienced the C1 "require password" issue, yet.

Will see what DJI does with the P3S...
