I just bought a P3S and it's having insane amounts of jello, even at low shutterspeeds of 1/50 and 1/100. Ofcourse I've removed the gimbal lock and foampiece :) The gimbal is fine when a move the drone around with my hands with no props on. I've also done a cold IMU calibration and gimbal calibration.
I think the gimbal might be faulty, but I would like to hear some opinions, thnx!

Turn the bird upside down, and see if you can wiggle the yaw arm left and right independent of the yaw motor shaft. There's a small grub scew to hold it tight.
My grub screw was tight, yet there was a little wiggle. I had to shim the space to make it stop wiggling.

Thnx for the Reply! That's what I thought after researching it. I tried to tighten the scrub screw but I overtightend it and damaged the thread. I got the screw out but can't secure the shaft anymore. Is it fixable?
