Lots of people have been asking so I finally got around to taping things back up for this demo flight.
Here is my FLIR setup with my Phantom 3 Pro.
I taped the iPhone with the FLIR One attached and started recording. I then took off for a little trip around my neighborhood. The video is terrible and the audio is worse but this gives you an idea of how this setup works.
The Phantom makes sudden adjustments when airborne and that along with the loosely attached iPhone made this video very unstable. With a little tighter tape job and less anxiety flying at midnight would make the video much better.
You can see the heat from people pretty easily (hot dot) and most of the heat is coming from driveways and roads.
