Can I access intelligent flight modes without actually flying the drone?

How do I set up waypoint flight before actually flying?

How do I access video settings to change modes?

Am I correct In Saying that some of the things in the app can only be controlled and accessed during flight?

Is the home point set automatically when a gps signal is achieved?

Is the home point set to the controller or the drone?

How accurate is the Home point?

You seem to have too many unknowns, time to read manuals. But anyway let me answer some of them.

You can set waypoints offline if you use third party app like Litchi. DJI does not provide that feature for a reason.

Video settings can be changed when aircraft is connected as the settings are loaded on the aircraft.

In fact most of the settings get loaded to the aircraft and when you connect DJI Go app to AC via RC, these set values are displayed on Go app which you can change to new values.

Home point gets automatically when enough satellites are locked and it is the location of the aircraft before flying and gets stored in AC.

Home point is within 15' of accuracy but in reality you get much better accuracy.
