P3P Crash, Gimbal twitching and loud beeping noise

I recently crash my drone in a tree and it was my fault so not paying attention. The shell is little popped out but no major damage seen on the drone. The Gimbal look perfectly fine, it just looks like the top shell little scuffled. The gimbal moves up and down just fine but it tils to the left and twitches. Also my drone is beeping a really loud noise and blinking red where the update light thing would be. I need help trying to fix it please!!
