P3A warranty repair from DJI

After about 15 hours of flying I noticed a very small stress crack on the underside of one of the motor arms. I've had the aircraft for about 10 months. I contacted DJI, they immediately set up a warranty ticket, send me a pre-paid postage to send the P3A to California for repair. I followed the directions carefully and sent it to DJI via UPS. Within a few days I began to get status updates from DJI. Within 3 weeks I had my aircraft back at home and flying perfectly. I have to really tip my hat to DJI their customer service and for how I was treated. I'm an impressed, appreciative and a satisfied customer! Thanks DJI. Very cool!!
