P3A remote won't turn on

Hi all, my gl300b remote won't turn on for some reason, no updating...hit power once and 3 batt lights come on, hit it the second time and nothing. Tried the c1 c2 rec isopush w power and still nothing. Trying to do a free promo video for a local boys camp and am stuck! Help!

I would open in up and diagnose.
