Yeah, hassle-free returns is one of the reasons I buy almost everything from Amazon. My first P3P had a gimbal that liked to angle itself about 45 degrees at random. I set up an exchange online and a new P3P was at my door in 2 days. I didn't even have to talk to anybody. Now I have 30 days to send the old one back with their prepaid label.
