P3A & P3P Controller Switches On Back Of Controller

I have been trying to find some info on these switches and have found nothing. The FAQ section on DJI's site said to look in the manual but I don't see anything there telling what they are for. Can anyone give me a link to a discussion on how to program them?

Also, is there a auxiliary output (for a servo, etc) on the P3A or P that could be programmed to be triggered by one of the switches?

Are you referring to the C1 and C2 buttons on the back of the controller? If so here's a video.
