Thanks. Yes, I did not hit anything, I'm 100% sure. I'm not trying to blame DJI for what happened so I can get my money back, my guess is that will be hard no matter what caused the crash since they haven't even responded to my first e-mail...
What I'm trying to do is to really figure out what caused the crash so I can avoid it in the future, and by doing it publicly on the forum I might help the community along the way.
