Im waiting on my p3a charger and currently my batt is drained. If its drained for 1.5 weeks would it deplete the batt?

No, you'll be fine. The batteries don't drain quickly when not in use.

Ik but what im saying is the batt is dead

You'll be fine. Just connect to charger when you get it. I've gone a month or so after an accidental run to 8% and forgot to charge. Despite the batt "playing dead" all was well after about 5min on the charger.
