P3 Firmware P3 Std. battery firmware

Sorry if this has been asked before, new to this site and to drone flying.
I bought a second battery after I had updated the firmware on the drone and original battery.
Now I get a message telling me to update the battery firmware as per the academy...
Where for the love of God is this academy? and please tell me how I get the firmware on the battery.
I have seen a couple of youtube videos, but it hasn't worked.

You just have to copy the firmware file (.bin) to the root of your sdcard.
Put that sdcard on the gimbal (sdcard slot) and on your next flight, the battery will update (couple of minutes).

is this the file do you know please? P3C_FW_V01.05.0070.bin ?

In fact, i think updating the P3S is different from P3P and P3A.
Maybe some with a P3S can confirme this file and the method for updating.
