P3 Standard not upgrading - UGH!

anyone ran into this issue?

i went through 100's of these and in the past couple days i got 3 P3S's in with the SAME EXACT issue.

can't upgrade the FW on any of them, tried via the App - no go.
tried with the P3C bin file directly in the camera - no go
tried with a debug file and the bin file on the SD card - no go.

same results on all three Standards and the error is below.
all three are getting 07 00 device not detected
ANYONE with the same problem?
is there a solution?

This post mentions the issue is related to the Wi-Fi module. You could try contacting that member to see how the issue was resolved.

not much useful info there Mike, i just can't believe that i got 3 of them in past couple of days with the same issue.
coincidence ? hard to believe.

I couldn't find anything else about it on Google. It doesn't seem to be a common issue.

is 07 00 a wifi unit inside the bird or inside the gimbal, because on one of them i actually tried replacing a bird main board, brand new, with same results.
so that would indicate it has something to do with a gimbal issue, but then again i tried with 3 different gimbals and all the same results.
basically i put the bin file on the card and put it in the bird (P3S) and it is doing the upgrade for about 15 minutes and then goes to solid
beep after that and the results in hidden log file inside MISC folder on the card is that the 07 00 device is not found.

I'm not sure. Did you try contacting the member from the other thread? He will likely be your best source since he had the same problem.

ok, i am going out and get a new P3S and test all components and figure out why is this happening.
it is no coincidence that i got 3 P3 Standard's in, in 5 days that had THE SAME issue. i just can't accept that.
i will report back what i find out.
