P3 Retractable landing gear?!

It's Cool but there are Pros and Cons. Hopefully DJI will incorporate this as standard to upcoming new models. This means will automatically goes down once you land the bird (or the vision sensor sense 1 meter from the ground

And how about when its crashing to the ground? Or is it going to have proximity sensors to put it down to prevent tree branches from hitting the gimbal?

This is akin to dropping trou and rambling through a briar patch. Sooner or later something is gonna snag your gimbal.
