P3 disconnected but has live camera feed?

Hi everybody, so i just got a phantom 3 standard and promptly crashed it into a tree. The gimbal came off the phantom and so I rewired it to the best of my ability bc I currently can't afford to have it professionally repaired. Now the app (on an iPad mini 2) shows a live camera feed but says that the aircraft (specifically the gimbal) is disconnected, so I can't actually take any photos/video. Any ideas on how I could fix this? Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. I did check, but they look fine. Anything else I should look at?

How did you check antenna connection? they are inside the aircraft.

I already opened up the gimbal plate to check and made sure that they were attached.

I don't have P3S but don't think antenna is wired to Gimbal.
