you can't use them at the same time but yes, you can have two controller bound to one bird.

besides the 2.4Ghz TX/ RX it has a 5.8Ghz TX/RX to control the gimbal with a 2nd controller

Skip,
Basic upgrade is $275 on top of $200 for the price of controller so $475 installed.
Advanced is same install as Basic upgrade but includes two amplifiers and external battery as you see in the above picture.
that is $415 installed so total cost for new controller with Advanced upgrade would be $615.

just did Advanced upgrade on one this weekend.

Advanced upgrade = 400% increase in FPV and signal control
