P3 Activation problem

I am trying to activate my new P3 standard and I cannot get past a message that says 'network unavailable, Check your internet connection'.

i never had this problem with my previous P3. What do i do? Internet and wi fi is running. Mobile data on the phone is on too.

I've had a the DJI Go app on my phone for many months, but I cannot get past this screen.
 
Try disabling Wi-Fi on your phone before attempting to activate it in DJI GO.

i tried this, but I received the same message:
'network unavailable, Check your internet connection'.
 
#1 Your phone is connected to your Remotes WiFi Signal.
#2 Your phone is telling you that the WiFi connection does not have access to the internet, which is correct.
As stated above, since you have data access on your phone, shutting off your WiFi on your phone will let your phone connect to Dji.

This message is coming from your phone.
Power off the Remote and try again, then when go says successful turn remote back on and reconnect to it.
