P2V+

I'm looking for a P2V+ to learn to flying. I've never flown a quadcopter / drone before. Want to get experience before I make a big investment. If you know of any other type of quadcopter to learn with let me know.

I would start with a small Hubsan or similar to get used to the characteristics of how a quad flies, Syma x5 is a good beginners quad, fly that for a month then upgrade, there is a massive difference between flying a small Syma and a DJI quad.

I agree with above. Why spend hundreds to learn when you can spend two digits and learn. Besides, you'll be a better-skilled pilot learning to fly with a non-GPS aircraft.
