My Phantom Vision simply fell out of the sky from over 100 feet and of course there was damage. I'm looking for a repair guy in my area.
What happened: everything was fine, I was lining up a shot looking at the phone screen, when suddenly it went from steady image to end-over-end tumbling horizon... At least I was over an empty field, and there was nothing to hit but ground.
I think one motor stopped, because when I found the Phantom, one propeller was completely missing, as though it had spun off. My guess is that 1) a motor stopped instantaneously in mid-flight, causing the prop to unscrew itself. I suppose I can try sending it to DJI or the Amazon dealer I bought it from, since it could be a faulty ESC or motor power connection... If there is an authorized repair place in the area, I'd prefer that route.
