Was wondering if I can take the necessary parts from my phantom and just put in my flamewheel and still use the same RC?

    It's doable.
Practical-ity is in the eye of the designer (you).
So long as the geometry is the same, i.e. X-quad, and dimensions similar such as motor spacing.

The rest is fabrication of mounts, etc.
Assuming you're using the P2's Naza the big stickie, for me, is the continued reliance on proprietary batts. Sooner or later they will likely not be available from DJI and what's to follow is unknown at this time.
