P2V owners...is this normal

Im either going crazy or just paranoid. Today while bringing in my p2v (powered on to transfer photos) I noticed when I tilted it, the camera went up and down on its own almost like the gear was slipping. I dont remember seeing this before. If you turn the unit off, it doesnt slip......and it seems to be functioning normally. Can someone check this...I am posting two videos...one with it off (not slipping) one with it on slipping...thanks guys!
