There are still new-in-the box P2V+ for sale various places and would anyone know what firmware version the aircraft shipped with? Versions prior to 3.0 did not have the No Fly Zone restrictions to my understanding, but I cannot find any info on what would be installed on a new item. Is there anything on the box or the airframe that indicates installed firmware? Thanks for any info!

Nothing other than plugging it into a PC and seeing what's what, make sure you're disconnected from the web or it will auto upgrade.
Thing is that the later firmware were really good and fixed a lot of early issues such as interference from radio towers causing erratic flight and also camera and wifi issues
If you choose to stay at a low FW version then things like ground station won't work and it may not connect to the later app versions.
If you can find them then take a look at the firmware revision notes to see what changed
But most important why would you want a quad with no No Fly Zones, are you planning on flying in airport territory? Please don't be that guy/girl.
