New to the Phantom and this forum. When I first got my P2V everything seemed to work fine. Now it seems when the Phantom is facing away from me I lose video feed (lock up) after about 100 ft. If I simply rotate it in its place so it is facing me the video will work again. If I fly it "backwards" the video feed will work fine for a long distance. I can go straight up 350 feet and won't lose the feed either. My wifi is fully charged and I'm out in the open. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum .
Sounds odd ...You know the antennas are in the sides of your camera so your aiming at your quad should be as dead on as you can get it.
You should be getting the most distance flying it sideways so to speak .
Make sure your extender is pointing at the bird as much as possible .
